Kristen grew up in Brevard county and currently serves clients all over the Space Coast. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in psychology from University of Central Florida she obtained her Master’s degree in social work from Florida State University. Her goal in becoming a psychotherapist was to help others to heal. She has worked in many different mental health settings to include home therapy with children in foster care, placement coordination for geriatric clients, working with the severely mentally ill, and supervising a program serving at risk youth. Her most rewarding work has been treating people who have experienced trauma no matter how big or small and has over 10 years of experience. Kristen has advanced education in trauma work to include EMDR certification. She is a proud Millenial and mom who enjoys laughing with friends, black coffee, and sharing human moments.
