Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy is a therapeutic approach that helps individuals understand how their early life experiences, relationships, emotional patterns, and unconscious beliefs influence their current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Rooted in psychoanalytic theory, this approach explores how unresolved conflicts, attachment experiences, and past relational dynamics may contribute to recurring difficulties in relationships, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and overall mental health. Through open discussion, reflection, and exploration of recurring patterns, clients can develop greater insight into their emotional experiences, identify underlying sources of distress, and recognize how past experiences may be influencing their present lives. The goal of psychodynamic therapy is to increase self-awareness, strengthen emotional understanding, and support lasting change by helping individuals develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
